When visual rendering
is infrastructure,
support has to match.
LiquidPixels provides direct technical support across every deployment model. We work with teams building on the platform, organizations where rendering availability is a commercial dependency, and enterprises that need support structured to match their security and operational requirements.
Rendering downtime is revenue downtime.
For organizations where LiquiFire OS serves product images across a commerce platform or powers real-time configuration, an outage is not an IT event. It is a commercial one. A render that returns the wrong color, the wrong crop, or the wrong variant has the same effect as one that does not return at all.
LiquidPixels support is structured to reflect that dependency. Critical failures receive continuous attention. Response and resolution obligations are defined in writing for Enterprise subscribers, with service credits applied automatically when those obligations are not met. Standard support covers every account by email and phone during business hours. Enterprise tiers add contracted SLAs and escalation paths calibrated to the severity and commercial impact of the failure.
We understand what your team has built.
Teams that write LiquiFire Chains are making decisions about data sourcing, output logic, caching behavior, fallback handling, and increasingly, how AI operations are sequenced within the chain. Those decisions compound. When something behaves unexpectedly in production, the diagnosis requires someone who knows the LiquiFire Chain language — not just someone who can log a ticket. Teams shipping new LiquiFire Chain logic on a regular cadence benefit most from structured advisory sessions, where pre-production reviews become part of the development rhythm rather than a reactive measure.
Pre-production LiquiFire Chain review
We review LiquiFire Chain logic before it goes live, covering structure, output correctness, performance behavior, and risk observations. Issues caught before deployment cost less than issues caught in production.
Production behavior investigation
When output behaves unexpectedly in a live environment, we diagnose the root cause with platform-level knowledge. That includes standard LiquiFire Chains, AI LiquiFire Chain operations, and complex multi-source integrations.
Performance and scalability review
We identify structural or performance issues before they surface at scale. Cache behavior, render throughput, and integration patterns are reviewed against the demands of the deployment environment.
Working sessions and feature briefings
Enterprise subscribers have scheduled access to the LiquidPixels team for working sessions on integration architecture, LiquiFire Chain logic, and new platform capabilities. The cadence is defined by tier.
Included with every subscription.
Direct access to LiquidPixels engineers by email and phone during business hours. Right for established implementations that need access to platform expertise without a managed response program.

Support procedures are adapted to the security posture of the deployment. Remote access handling, data treatment during diagnosis, and access audit requirements are agreed during onboarding and documented in the support addendum. This applies to hosted, managed, and appliance deployments, including air-gapped environments where remote access may be restricted.
The same team, regardless of where LiquiFire OS runs.
Support coverage is consistent across deployment models. What changes is how that support is delivered, not who provides it or the level of platform knowledge behind it.
Hosted Service
LiquidPixels manages the infrastructure. Support covers the full stack, with the platform team directly available when LiquiFire Chain behavior or output quality requires investigation. Standard and Enterprise support both apply.
Managed Service
LiquidPixels manages a dedicated environment to your specifications. Support is continuous and coordinated with the managed service team. Advisory sessions are particularly valuable here, as configuration decisions in a dedicated environment have direct performance implications.
Appliance and Air-Gapped
LiquiFire OS runs entirely within your infrastructure. Support is provided remotely within whatever access parameters your security posture allows. For classified or restricted environments, support workflows are agreed during onboarding and documented before deployment begins.
Support is part of the platform,
not an afterthought.
Whether you are evaluating LiquidPixels for the first time or reviewing coverage on an existing deployment, we can walk through what support looks like for your environment.
